It's baaaack! The Belle De Jour Power Planner 2008 is definitely the one I'm going to pick. Last year, its phenomenal launch gave women substantial articles and tons and tons of discount coupons! Of course, being the freebie-hag that I am, I had to ditch the Starbucks Spark Hope planner (sorry, kids), and get my yearlong dose of Belle De Jour, French for it girl.
The 2007 Power Planner was designed by Ria Henares, the same artist behind Riaholic and some Marie Claire magazine's illustrations.
I believe Ria Henares is still the graphic artist of the new Belle De Jour--the 2008 planner that not only comes with sophisticated illustrations, but is the ultimate fashion planner as well! I was just told that Ria did not design the 2008 version. :( I wonder who did. :)

I ordered this last week! One for me and my bestfriend (my xmas gift for her). I can't wait to get it and see what freebies/discounts they have in store & yes im trading the starbucks planner for this, their planner last yr didnt have any freebies at all.
I'm using the Belle de Jour 2007 Power Planner right now and I love it. I'm definitely going to buy the 2008 version. OMG I'm so excited!

Over here, "Belle de Jour" has a rather different meaning for us. When I first read the headline, I wondered if this planner was created by a rather famous London blogger. Now that would make an interesting read!

can u add pages the BDJ planner??? ...as in add the usual 6-hole refill pages from bookstores??? i usually print notes and other docs for work and add them to my old planner so im hoping i could do this if im getting one...
@Florence, just by looking at it, I don't think you can add pages (if it were me, I'd probably wreck the planner if I try to insert refill sheets).
The Starbucks planner was also not designed to be "refillable", I believe.
a lot of people have been complaining about the BDJ planner. i don't think BDJ can handle the orders. people are getting impatient. go to http://www.shopcrazy.com
So everyone should just go to the Greenmeadows Bazaar. They have a booth there.
I got mine at the Urban Bazaar last (or was it last last?) weekend. You tell them your name so you'd get the discount.
You can also buy as many BDJs as you like at the bazaar.
too bad i wasn't able to go to the green meadows bazaar. :( would you know if they'll still give discounts if i order by sending email? tnx
@Anonymous, only orders made before Oct. 31 were given the discount (regardless of when you'll actually get the planners). Regular price na now. :)
hi everyone!
me and my friends are searching every stall/bookstore around the metro to find this BDJ planner but unfortunately luck wasn't on our side.
we missed the bazaar in green meadows, so do the meetups in coffee bean in convergys bldg makati, because the annoucements of meetups in their site is usually lately posted.
we took reservations in powerbooks gb3, glorietta, and national glorietta but got no word from them yet.
we even called & went to sonja's cupcakes at serendra to ask about the planner but the owner and the shop manager don't know anything about it.
we also placed in reservation thru their site but still haven't got any confirmations though.
please advise/help, especially to those who already got theirs... wer did you guys got your copy?!??!

Hi Jake.
Why don't you ask BDJ to deliver the planner at your office? It's much easier this way. I paid for the planner through BPI and then emailed them about the payment notice. The planner arrived at my office after a week.
